Full Body Detox

A full body detox for weight loss is a process by which the body is cleansed of toxins that can lead to weight gain. This type of detoxification can be done through a variety of methods, such as fasting, sweating, or using detoxification products. While there is no one-size-fits-all approach to full body detoxing, doing so can help to jumpstart a weight loss journey or help to break through a weight loss plateau. The body has natural processes of dealing with toxins that cross our path. The idea of a full body detox is being mindful of the toxins that can occur in our body, mind, and spirit and either eliminating them or minimizing them as much as possible.
